2004 produced a superb harvest of wonderful fruit and a wine to encapsulate it; with a full palate where the hints of apricots and pears on the nose are carried through. The balanced crisp acidity clears the palate to entice another sip.

SYLVANVALE DRY CABERNET SAUVIGNON ROSÉ 2005

A leader in the new wave of Rosés. This single vineyard wine of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is distinctly elegant and has the attraction of a European styled light red wine. The ripe red berry fruits on the nose are carried through onto the palate.
