South Africa's leading house of sparkling wine, The House of J.C. Le Roux, has re-opened its restaurant in the picturesque Devon Valley outside Stellenbosch with the refreshing name of Seasons and a new accomplished chef at the helm.
Our Executive Chef Markus Schwemberger and his team from The Devon Valley Hotel kitchens have taken over the management of Seasons at J.C. Le Roux and offer stylish yet uncomplicated breakfasts and lunches with the emphasis on simplicity, goodness and above all, taste. With his classic yet unpretentious style and an inevitable European influence, Austrian-born Markus relishes in creating chic country fare that draws on fresh, seasonal ingredients with clean, contemporary tastes and bold flavours.
The House of J.C. Le Roux is available for private functions and weddings either in the vibrant main tasting area with its colourful, contemporary feel, or the restaurant and terrace upstairs. The adjacent auditorium lends itself ideally to small conferences.
The restaurant is open seven days a week from 09:30 - 15:00. Breakfast is served between 09:30 - 11:30 and lunch between 12:00 - 14:00.
