'Flavours' is about bringing people together and celebrating the good things in life.
The Devon Valley Hotel's signature restaurant, 'Flavours', has an elegant and welcoming ambience and promises to offer guests and visitors authentic, contemporary Cape cuisine in a picturesque setting.
The restaurant's focus is on bold flavours; celebrating classic dishes with a difference and fresh, clean tastes. Best described as a concept of food which is essentially simple, yet where flavour always comes first. The menu changes every month to accommodate fresh seasonal produce.
In addition to the flavour combinations, the extensive wine list aims to compliment the theme and please the most discerning of palates. We strive to the excellent tradition for which we were rewarded with the Diners Club International Wine List of the Year National Best Platinum 2008. The hotel has been awarded the "Great Wine Capitals - Best of Wine Tourism" award for accommodation for 2006 and 2007.

- 07:00 - 10:30: Full breakfast (Including buffet)
- 12:00 - 18:00: A la carte lunch
- 18:00 - 21:30: A la carte dinner
- 12:30 - 15:00: Sunday Lunch Buffet (R145 pp)
- 19:00 - 21:30: Dinner Dances every last Friday evening of each month with live entertainment and dance lessons prior to dinner. A la carte menu and no cover charge.
