The restaurant's focus is on bold flavours; celebrating classic dishes with a difference and fresh, clean tastes. Best described as a concept of food which is essentially simple, yet where flavour always comes first. The menu changes every month to accommodate fresh seasonal produce.
In addition to the flavour combinations, the extensive wine list aims to compliment the theme and please the most discerning of palates. We strive to the excellent tradition for which we were rewarded with the Diners Club International Wine List of the Year National Best Platinum 2008. The hotel has been awarded the "Great Wine Capitals - Best of Wine Tourism" award for accommodation for 2006 and 2007.
