CONFERENCING & BANQUETING

The Devon Valley Hotel is a tranquil country setting with gorgeous views of our very own SylvanVale Vineyards. The hotel offers seven conference venues, which are flooded with natural light, fully air-conditioned and are configurable to almost any seating requirement and can cater for up to 90 guests inside and 120 outside.

Our day conference package includes the following:

Arrival coffee and tea
Mid-morning coffee, tea and delicious sweet/savoury snacks
Three-course set lunch and fruit juice per person at lunch time
Afternoon coffee, tea and homemade biscuits

Conference Equipment

We offer standard equipment including: flip charts, white board, screen, lectern and data projector. Any equipment not mentioned can be hired from various hotel-appointed suppliers.

Services

The banqueting team, supported by the hotel's food and beverage team, is experienced in planning and co-ordinating weddings and functions efficiently and creatively.
